(Crystalloq.) (a) A solid bounded by twenty-
four equal and similar trapeziums; a tetragonal trisoctahedron. See the

tetartohedral solid of the hexagonal system, bounded by six trapezoidal
planes. The faces of this form are common on quartz crystals.
