Pur"blind` (?), a. [For pure-
blind, i. e., wholly blind. See Pure, and cf.
Poreblind.] 1. Wholly blind.

2. Nearsighted, or dim-sighted; seeing
obscurely; as, a purblind eye; a purblind
mole.
