Definition of Krisna
Krishna ( i. e. the swarthy one), the man-god, or god-man, viewed
as the 8th and final incarnation or avatar of Vishnu ( q. v.), in
whose manifestation the latter first reveals himself as supreme divinity,
being, as the Theosophist might say, his Mahatma. See Theosophy.
