p. Knelt (?) or Kneeled (&?;); p. pr.
& vb. n. Kneeling.] [OE. knelen,
cneolien; akin to D. knielen, Dan. knæle.
See Knee.] To bend the knee; to fall or rest on the
knees; -- sometimes with down.
