any need, use, or purpose; as, the provisions are insufficient
in quantity, and defective in quality. "Insufficient for

2. Wanting in strength, power, ability,
capacity, or skill; incompetent; incapable; unfit; as, a person
insufficient to discharge the duties of an office.
